Citizen participation in times of lockdown

In the first half of 2020, Actua Innovation Hub contributed to promoting citizen participation in Andorra in multiple ways.

First, we advised the Government on adopting and configuring a virtual platform for citizen participation, based on the Decidim model and adapted for Andorra under the name visc.ad.

Additionally, we prepared a report with recommendations on what the census should be for Andorra's participatory processes.

Finally, we also collaborated on the definition, facilitation, data collection, and analysis of the virtual participation processes that were carried out both during the lockdown period and in the first months of the easing of restrictions, between spring and summer 2020.
