Impuls Jove app follows its development
Within the framework of the Impuls Jove project — the digital platform that connects young people aged 16 to 25 with temporary job opportunities in Andorra, promoted by the Andorran Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services in collaboration with Andorra Research and Innovation — a workshop was organized on March 12th with the aim of identifying new functionalities and gathering contributions to improve the application's user experience.
The session, held at the University of Andorra, was attended by students from the Business Administration and Management program, as well as representatives from andorran companies that use the platform, such as MoraBanc and Andorra Business.
Currently, Impuls Jove has more than 1,100 registered young users and over one hundred participating companies, which use the platform to publish temporary job offers in various sectors such as services, retail, tourism, and banking.
The workshop followed a participatory format and used an innovative methodology that enabled students and business representatives to share observations and proposals for the continued development of the platform. This collaborative working space is part of the Andorra Living Lab methodology, which promotes open innovation processes to develop solutions with a positive impact for the country.
With this initiative, Andorra Research and Innovation reaffirms its commitment to Impuls Jove as a tool that helps facilitate young people’s first professional experiences and strengthen the connection between young talent and the country’s business community.
